Under the new Form of Government, each congregation must set policies regarding meetings, quorums, board structures and other matters.
The attached document outlines governance for University Presbyterian Church as approved by the Session at its April; 2012 stated meeting and recommended to the congregation.
There are no changes from current procedures, but the congregation still needs to approve them.
