Lasagna and salad for 60-65 people:
7 large lasagnas and 2 smaller vegetable lasagnas
9 loaves of garlic bread
We used one large romaine heart lettuce (from Costco).
We used a little more than one large carton of grapes from Costco.
One half gallon of milk if other beverages are available such as lemonade and water.
Cookout for 45:
40 pre-made burgers and 40 buns
40-50 hot dogs and buns
40 slices of cheese for burgers
3 large bags of chips
one large veggie tray
2 coolers of lemonade (8 - 10 gallons)
1 cooler of water (4-5 gallons)
S'mores for 45:
4 boxes of graham crackers
14 regular sized chocolate bars
5 bags of marshmellows
Products that are peanut free:
Soybean oil and Palm oil are both okay.
Bryers ice cream (as long as without nuts) and the Harris Teeter brand ice cream.
