Heather Ferguson

After graduation from high school, Heather pursued a career in baking with The Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis, MN. Through volunteer work and then as Director of Youth Ministry for Valley Community Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis, Heather decided to pursue a call to Christian Education. She received a Master's degree in Christian Education from Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Virginia, and is pur¬suing her Doctor of Educational Ministry (DEdMin) degree at Columbia Seminary in Georgia, planning to graduate in May, 2012.  Heather served as Director of Christian Education at Highland Presbyterian Church in Winston-Salem for 15 years before coming to UPC.  In her spare time, she enjoys fly fishing, baking, making pottery and spending time with her dog, Riley.
